Is it breakfast yet?

I’ve tidied up, the beds are made,
I’ve put the washing on,
The dishwasher is empty,
And the shopping list is done,
We’ve played with cars,
The train set’s out,
The Play doh’s out again,
We’ve read four books,
Changed nappies twice,
And built a wobbly den,
Is that the time?
It’s nearly light,
It must be breakfast now,
Another coffee, maybe two,
I’ll stay awake somehow.
